A 29 year old man charged with manslaughter in the death of a Saskatoon Correctional Centre inmate last November is heading to trial in the new-year.
Nathan Ermine is scheduled to go to trial on March 25th.
The charge was upgraded from aggravated assault after the 41-year-old victim died ten days after the alleged attack.
A 24-year-old co-accused is serving a life sentence.
Raven Constant won’t be eligible for parole for twenty years.
