A 25 year old man is facing charges following an assault that happened on the weekend.
Around 8:45 Saturday morning, police responded to a home in the 1500 block of Spadina Crescent for a weapons-related call for service.
Once officers arrived, they found out that a 57 year old man was sleeping in a chair in a living room when he was then physically assaulted with a belt and an unloaded airsoft gun.
The 25 year old faces two counts of assault with a weapon.
