Students throughout the Greater Saskatoon Catholic Schools would like residents to consider putting a bag of non-perishable food items beside the candy bowl tonight (wed). Students at St. Joseph High School will be out on their, “Halloweening for Hunger” food drive collecting food for the Saskatoon Food Bank and Learning Centre. This is the 12th year for the drive with the students having collected over 100,000 pounds of food in that time. Last year their goal was 20,000 pounds. They went past that because of the generosity of Saskatoon residents. This year, the goal is 25 thousand.
