The City of Saskatoon says it is preparing for rotating Canada Post service disruptions. There are several payment options for residents with respect to their utility bills, parking tickets, invoices, and pet licences to ensure payments are made on time.
Utility Bill Payment Options:

“Pet license purchases and renewals can also be made at the Saskatoon Animal Control Agency, the SPCA or any participating pet license vendors.
