There is another adjournment in the case of the Calgary man charged in the Humboldt Broncos bus crash.
A judge in Melfort has agreed to set proceedings aside at the request of Jaskirat Singh Sidhu’s lawyer.
The 29-year-old is accused of 16 counts of dangerous driving causing death and 13 counts of dangerous driving causing bodily harm.
The accident happened April 6th near Tisdale while the team was traveling to a playoff game in Nipawin.
Sidhu returns to court November 27th.
