Mixed-Use Building Under Construction on 2nd Avenue

A mixed-use commercial building is under construction at the corner of 2nd Avenue and Queen Street. Colliers International says it’s a commercial building with retail and office space. Kevin Johnson with Colliers says the Monarch Building will be 17 thousand square feet. Tenants are expected to open for business in late spring or early summer next year. The developers are the same people who redeveloped the former Shop Easy to retail space in City Park.
