Saturday afternoon around 3 p.m., the Yorkton Rural RCMP responded to a collision involving two vehicles on Highway 47 approximately 6 kilometres north of Willowbrook.
Once officers arrived, they found one man, the lone occupant of an SUV dead.
A man who was the driver of a truck was taken to hospital in Yorkton with undetermined injuries.
A second man in the truck was taken to Melville hospital with undetermined injuries and a third man in the truck was taken to hospital in Regina by STARS with unknown injuries.
Initial investigation shows the SUV and truck collided in the northbound lane of Highway 47.
The road was blocked off to motorists for sometime but has since re-opened.
RCMP are continuing to investigate.
