In Statistics Canada’s Third Quarter Cannabis survey, about 23 thousand people in Saskatchewan reported driving a vehicle within two hours of having consumed cannabis. Of all the provinces, four reported lower numbers. At the same time, just over 74 thousand people here reported being in a vehicle driven by someone who had consumed within two hours of driving. Five provinces reported lower numbers. Nearly 138,000 people reported cannabis use in the past three months in Saskatchewan. Three provinces, all in the Maritimes, reported lower numbers.
