The Government of Saskatchewan has become the first in Canada to launch a government-wide respect in the workplace training for employees. The government has partnered with Respect Group Inc. to deliver 90 minute online training courses. The training will be available to employees for the next four years. Subjects include bullying, abuse, harassment, discrimination and mental health to name a few. Gene Makowsky, Minister of Parks, Culture and Sport says the training is part of a commitment to safe and healthy workplaces.
