Another adjournment has been granted in the case of the transport truck driver accused in the fatal accident involving the Humboldt Broncos team bus.
Jaskirat Singh Sidhu returns to court October 23rd.
The 29-year-old from Calgary is charged with 16 counts of dangerous driving causing death and 13 counts of dangerous driving causing bodily harm.
The charges were laid after a three month investigation into the April 6th collision between the bus and semi near Tisdale that took the lives of 16 people including ten players. Thirteen other players were injured.
Sidhu’s lawyer asked for more time to review particulars in the case.
Neither appeared in Melfort court Tuesday morning.
