The Saskatchewan Association of Rural Municipalities will be in Ottawa this week to voice their concerns. Over a three day visit, a team of board members will meet on Parliament Hill with key decision makers to discuss issues including carbon tax, the need for reliable rural broadband access, rural crime and pipelines. Over the course of the trip SARM representatives will meet with federal representatives from Indigenous Services, Agriculture, Finance and Infrastructure to name a few. SARM will be in Ottawa starting today (mon) and will be in the nation’s capital until Thursday.
