Delisle acquired 20-year-old forward Nayte Zip from Bob Dybvig Division-rival West Central for future considerations. The Porcupine Plain product put up 51 points, including 28 goals, in 38 games with the Rage last season. Delisle, SK – The Delisle Chiefs of the Prairie Junior Hockey League (PJHL) have acquired ‘98 Forward, Nayte ZIP (Porcupine Plain, SK), from the West Central Rage of the PJHL’s Bob Dybvig North Division.
In return, the Rage will receive Future Considerations.
In 38 regular season games with the Rage last year, ZIP had 51 points (28 goals, 23 assists) and 53 penalty minutes. He also chipped in with 5 points (0 goals, 5 assists) and 4 penalty minutes in 7 playoff games.
In 74 career regular season games in the PJHL with the Carrot River Outback Thunder and West Central Rage, ZIP has 90 points (43 goals, 47 assists) for a 1.2 PPG clip and 108 penalty minutes. In 10 career playoff games, he’s scored 8 points (1 goal, 7 assists)
