Wholesale merchant’s sales in Saskatchewan rose 0.9 per cent in July. Only three provinces could do better than that. Four were in negative territory. Nationally, sales were up 1.5 per cent. From an annual perspective, sales here were up 2.8 per cent, year-to-year. Six provinces outperformed that. The national average was about 4 percent. Total sales in Saskatchewan in July added up to around $2.3 billion dollars.
