Man Charged in Connection to Last Week’s Amber Alert

Charges have been laid in relation to last Sunday’s Amber Alert involving a six year old girl with medical needs.
A 19 year old man from North Battleford is facing multiple charges including abduction of a person under 14 and abandoning a child.
The charges are in relation to last week’s Amber Alert along with two other car thefts on September 19 and September 20.
The RCMP say hundreds of hours of surveillance footage from more than 200 businesses was viewed as part of the investigation.
19 year old Johnathan Gunville will appear in North Battleford Provincial Court on Monday.
