Regina Police are talking about an investigation they conducted a week ago into drug and criminal organization offences that even took them into the Regina Provincial Correctional Centre. Three men and two women were arrested in the city and in the centre. Police say many of the accused are jointly charged with offences related to roles in what investigators allege is a criminal organization. 46 year old Codie Tobie Cardinal, 35 year old Rony Celestin, and 18 year old Brandon Lee William Rus of Regina have already made their first court appearances. 26 year old Kimberly Dawn Marie Peters and 23 year old Kendal Janee Szilagyi were released and will make their first court appearance on October 22nd. The charges range from Directing a Criminal Organization to Trafficking and Obstruction of Justice.
