A local kid and another well-known to G-M and head coach Derek Keenan have been signed to one-year contracts by the Saskatchewan Rush.
The reigning National Lacrosse League champions inked Anthony Hallborg, a defenceman from Warman, and transition player Jordi Jones-Smith from Whitby, Ontario…just east of Toronto. Hallborg was a 2017 Draft pick by the Rush from the junior Saskatchewan SWAT. Jones-Smith grew up being coached by Keenan and was drafted in 2015 by New England.
