Charges Laid After Regina Statue is Vandalized

Regina Police say they have charged a 47 year old man from Vibank in connection to the John A Macdonald statue being vandalized. The hands of the statue, located in Regina’s Victoria Park, were painted red.

The damage came to light last Tuesday (aug 21). 47 year old Patrick Charles Alexander Johnson of vibank is in court September 27th to face mischief charges.
