The man accused in the Humboldt Bus accident that killed 16 people has had his case adjourned. 29 year old Jaskirat Singh Sidhu has had his case put over until October. The truck being driven by the Calgary man collided with the bus on April 6th. He faces 16 counts of Dangerous Driving Causing Death and 13 counts of Dangerous Driving Causing Bodily Harm. He was released on Bail in July on conditions that he not drive and that he surrender his passport. Sidhu was not hurt in the accident.
