Two men will appear in Moose Jaw court charged in a homicide investigation stemming from what police say started as a break, enter and robbery. At 11:23 pm on Friday, Moose Jaw Police were called to a home in the city’s north west where they found 21 year old Tyrus Ayerst of Moose Jaw – who had been at the home visiting – dead from what was determined to be a fatal gunshot wound. Moose Jaw Police issued an arrest warrant for 20 year old Sherwyn Pelletier on Saturday and he was arrested in Regina around noon after a brief stand-off with Regina Police. Later on Saturday, around 3 p.m., a second suspect, 24 year old Thomas Redsky McNab, was arrested in Regina also in relation to the investigation. Pelletier and McNab, in addition to being charged with 2nd Degree Murder, will face break and enter and firearms charges.
