Shakespeare on the Saskatchewan has added, what it calls, “World class lighting design plans,” to their planned site redevelopment. They consulted with a company in Germany to come up with conceptual plans for an outdoor lighting design. The theatre company says the high tech LED lighting installation will be highly controllable and adaptive to various events that the new site will be able to host year-round. The conceptual design features coloured lights and patterns that can be projected on the ground, trees, and amphitheatre along with glow in the dark rocks embedded in the pathways.
