Saskatchewan’s conflict of interest commissioner says Stephen Harper hasn’t done any lobbying in Saskatchewan. Questions arose after Premier Scott Moe and cabinet Minister Jeremy Harrison were seen speaking to the former Prime Minister at a Rider game July 29th. Ronald Barclay says he spent a couple days making this decision. He says once he obtained all of the facts, it wasn’t a very difficult matter; he says, there was obviously no conflict at all. Barclay also says Moe and Harrison paid for their tickets to the game, and therefore, there’s no conflict of interest.
