Riders Scoop Up D-B Purifoy After RedBlacks Release Him

Two days after Ottawa released him, Loucheiz Purifoy has found a new C-F-L home in Saskatchewan.

The Roughriders news release just says that the import defensive back has been signed by the Green and White. The 25-year-old Purifoy had 29 tackles and an interception in seven games with the RedBlacks this season. He spent the previous two campaigns with the B-C Lions, registering 92 tackles, five sacks and four picks.
