The government has released the first quarter reports of losses of public money within the ministries and Crown Corporations, including no losses for Executive Government, Crown Investments Corporation, and Saskatchewan Polytechnic and the regional colleges.

A family member reported $800 missing from personal belongings of a deceased patient during inter-facility transport.
An external investigator identified problems with the continuity and accountability of patient belongings so the Saskatchewan Health Authority is reviewing its processes dealing with the security of patient belongings and the patient’s family was reimbursed.
In two instances a patient of Child and Youth Services Centre became violent and caused damage and in a fourth instance, a ballistic vest was stolen from an SHA employee’s car during a residential break and enter.
