The Prince Albert Police Service responded to a total of 317 calls over the weekend.
A total of 46 arrests were made and the top call for service were intoxicated calls and disturbances.
In one instance on Saturday, police responded to the 300 block of 13th Street East in regards to a firearms call.
The suspect was then located on 12th Street on foot and was arrested.
A backpack was also seized by officers containing a sawed off rifle.
A 27 year old Prince Albert man has been charged with five firearms related charges and the man will make his first court appearance Monday.
