The Provincial Government wants to know what you think about how to keep workers safe from the impacts of impairment in the workplace. This, as the legalization date for cannabis approaches. A survey conducted last fall revealed most respondents believe more steps need to be taken to keep workers and workplaces safe. Now, the government wants details; something that might encompass legislative changes to the Employment Act and the Occupational Health and Safety Regulations.
