Highway 1 is re-opened at White City after a collision forced emergency crews to close the Highway and divert traffic from the scene. Crews had the Highway blocked off shortly after 4 this morning after a pedestrian was struck by an east bound vehicle. A 24 year old man was pronounced dead at the scene. White Butte RCMP say a collision re-constructionist attended the scene and is assisting with the investigation.
