Construction on Idylwyld Drive between 33rd Street and 39th Street is set to take place starting Monday.
The construction will consist of replacing waterlines to adjacent properties on Idylwyld Drive and resurfacing work.
The work is expected to take three weeks to complete, weather permitting and will cost homeowners up to $3500 dollars.
Celene Anger, Director of Construction and Design says traffic will be reduced to at least two lanes, one for each direction of traffic while the work is carried out.
Anger adds the construction at the 33rd Street intersection will done over the weekends and that motorists can expect delays and are advised to take alternate routes.
The city says bus routes may also be affected and residents are advised to check for posted signage for alternate bus stop locations or check the Transit App.
