Regina Police say an 18 year old is facing charges after four schools in that city were put into ‘Secure the Building” mode Tuesday. Just before noon, officers were sent to the schools in the north part of the city. A potential threat had been posted to social media. The schools were locked up while police secured the areas. Their investigation led to the arrest of Kalin Honus Moate-Wagner. He is charged with Uttering Threats and 3 counts of Mischief Under $5,000. He made his first court appearance this morning [wed].
