One of two men wanted in connection to a robbery investigation in Shellbrook has been located and arrested.
On April 27th, two men came into a business on the service road in Shellbrook.
The RCMP were told they had firearms and demanded cash.
The two then fled in a car with an undisclosed amount of money.
On June 1st arrest warrants were issued for Keith Stonechild and Matthew Lafond.
Their charges include robbery with a firearm, masked with intent and using a firearm while committing an indictable offence.
Lafond has since been arrested and appears in Provincial Court at Ahtahkakoop Cree Nation on Wednesday.
Shellbrook RCMP are still looking for Stonechild.
Police say he may be armed and shouldn’t be approached.
