Saskatoon Company Acquired by Dane Creek Capital Corp.

Dane Creek Capital Corporation has acquired Spring Meadows Natural Pet Food. Spring Meadows is a Saskatoon company that is a leading manufacturer of frozen raw pet food for dogs and cats. The products are sold through specialty pet retailers, mainly in Western Canada. The purchase of Spring Meadows represents Dane Creek’s fourth acquisition of a Canadian raw pet food manufacturer in the last 12 months. The company now has manufacturing capability in three provinces.
