Okay, so maybe you’ve stayed in a tent; maybe a trailer or a motor home; but, have you ever slept in a Mongolian-style Yurt? Well, now you can. Parks Minister Gene Makowsky says they’ve got one set up in Great Blue Heron Provincial Park, where you can experience Anglin Lake, as Makowsky says, “In comfort and style.” The yurt is equipped with a queen-size bed, futons, table and chairs, fridge, electrical outlet, a heater and battery powered lamps. You have to make reservations. It’s $95 per night for your yurt experience.
