A fourth person has been charged in the shooting death of Tyler Applegate.
Saskatoon police say the man arrested Wednesday morning is charged with second degree murder and appears in court Thursday morning.
Applegate was shot in the stomach on July 22nd 2017 just before 10 o’clock in the morning after confronting a man urinating on his fence in the 23-hundred block of 33rd Street West. He died in hospital 18 days later.
23 Year-old Madison McKeaveney and two men face manslaughter charges. McKeaveney also appears in court Thursday morning.
