Fatal Accident on Highway One

White butte RCMP say a man died at the scene of an accident on Highway 1. It happened late Monday afternoon about two kilometers west of the Pense turnoff. A truck travelling eastbound struck a pedestrian. Traffic restrictions were in place for several hours as police investigated. That investigation continues.
