The first ever Framework for Recreation Forum will welcome people from across Canada to discuss the exactly that, the framework for recreation across the country. And the Executive Director of Sports, Culture and Recreation says different levels of government endorsed the framework of recreation document which helps people organize recreation and brings recreation to the forefront.
Darin Banadyga says the forum will have different guest speakers who will drive home the message for each goal.
The goals include Active Living, Inclusion and Access, Connecting People and Nature, Supportive Environments and Recreation Capacity.
The conference is on in Regina until Thursday.
