Residential street sweeping starts today (may 7) and is expected to last for up to 7 weeks in 56 of Saskatoon’s neighbourhoods.
If you need to plan ahead to find an alternative place to park your vehicle, you can access the city’s website and actually do a search using your address to determine the expected date of street sweeping in your area.
You need to have your vehicle moved by 7 a.m. on your sweeping day. In order to sweep streets from curb to curb, vehicles left on the street are relocated to a nearby location and you then have to track down your vehicle and pay a $100 dollar parking violation.
