The family of one of the Humboldt Bronco team members injured in the tragic accident on April 6th says they have been deeply moved by the generosity and kindness shown to them.
Xavier Labelle is healing from his multiple injuries and the family thanks first responders, the medical team and the community for all of the care and compassion.
A statement from the LaBelle family also says their hearts are forever broken over the loss of so many beautiful loved ones.
The accident claimed the lives of 16 people and injured 13 others.
Xavier Labelle was moved to the Saskatoon City Hospital Rehabilitation Centre to continue his recovery work.
