A 37 year old man from Saskatoon is in custody and has been charged with impaired driving after driving erratically in Diefenbaker Park around 5:15 yesterday afternoon.
That’s when police received a complaint of a hit and run in the area.
Patrol members along with the Air Support Unit located the suspect vehicle driving erratically in the park.
During the incident, the suspect hit multiple objects including another vehicle and a garbage bin.
The vehicle then got hung up on a wooden post and was unable to cause further damage.
No one was injured in the incident.
