Saskatoon police arrested a man in the lobby of the Police Headquarter last night (wed). It was about six o’clock, when patrol officers confronted a man around Idylwyld Drive and 22nd Street, who was reportedly carrying a large knife. He refused to comply with commands and began running toward the police station. The officers got into a physical confrontation with the man in the vestibule where he was arrested. Officers located a knife nearby. A 31 year old Saskatoon man is charged with Carrying a Weapon Dangerous to the Public and Breach of an Undertaking.
