A 31 year old Saskatoon man is facing 2 charges in connection to an investigation which began in Phoenix, Arizona in March of last year.
Homeland Security in Phoenix received a report that a youth had been communicating online with a man believed to be from Canada.
The Saskatchewan Internet Child Exploitation Unit was brought in to the investigation and Kyle John Van Ham was arrested at his home last Thursday.
He is charged with luring a child and making sexually explicit material available to a child.
Van Ham’s next court appearance is May 10th.
