A civilian Search and Rescue team along with RCMP, local volunteers and family members are searching in Shellbrook and surrounding area for 68 year old James Mumm, who has been missing since yesterday (Tues).
Police say Jim Mumm has serious health issues and limited mobility.
Searchers are out on Quads, on foot and horseback and by air with help from the Saskatoon Police plane.
A command post has been set up at the Shellbrook RCMP Detachment.
Anyone who would like to help in the search, should go to the Detachment.
People are going from door to door and searching alleys, fields, backyards and the rural area around Shellbrook.
Police ask that anyone in the area check their backyards, sheds, garages, or any type of outbuildings that could provide a person shelter.
Also, if you have been in contact with Mumm in the last 24 hours, contact the RCMP.
