The Highway Hotline is listing areas where water is on the road, where it’s flooding or water is adjacent to the road, spotted across the province.
It includes around the Meadow Lake area, west of North Battleford, around Limerick which is west of Assiniboia, Highway 35 near Tisdale, and Arborfield are which is north of Tisdale.
Highway 312 west of Wakaw has high water on the shoulder of the road and Highway 2 in the same area has water on or over the road
Further north, Highway 915 near Stanley Mission, #955 near La Loche and Highway 918 by Patuanak are listed as dealing with flooding.
The conditions vary, so when you are traveling, make sure to check the Highway Hotline.
Wadena RCMP sent out a notification Sunday afternoon around five o’clock, warning about water levels along Highway 16 between Elfros and Leslie. Drivers were being warned to be cautious because water levels along the highway were coming up over the shoulder. The Highway Hotline lists several roads where there is water crossing the surface and drivers are being advised to drive with caution.
