A man who Regina Police warned the public about last November, has been arrested in that city. 30 year old Phillip Levac is charged with two counts of Sexual Assault, two of Sexual Interference, and four of Breach of Recognizance. Last fall, Regina Police issued a warning that Levac would be residing in the North Central Area of the city and that they believed he was a high risk to re offend sexually or violently. Last Sunday, police received a complaint that Levac had been seen in the company of a girl. Police decided that he was in breach of his conditions and Levac was arrested on Wednesday. He is to be in court today (thurs).
