How to claim your prize...

• You must claim your prize in person and must provide photo ID (driver's license or birth certificate) before any prize can be released
• If there is no opportunity for you to pick up your prize, you must notify us prior to the pick up of your prize by that person to which you have appointed.
• You have 30 days from the day you won on-air to pick up your prize, unless your prize is time sensitive, (i.e. concert tickets or movie passes which may expire sooner).
• Some prizes will not be awarded to winners who are under 18 years of age. In some specific cases, (i.e. trip winners, parents or legal guardians will be required in-person to sign a waiver form on the winner's behalf).
• Please be aware that our station policy is that listeners are not permitted to win more than once in a 30 day period.
• Prizing may also be cancelled by our station or any parties involved without any prior notification at any time. CJWW Radio will also not be responsible for any cancelled events and we are under no obligation to replace or renew prizing with any secondary prizes.
• Prizes accepted as awarded.
