There was an accident in Prince Albert on Wednesday between a vehicle and a pedestrian, leading to an impaired driving charge. Prince Albert Police responded around 6 p.m. and the investigation indicates the pedestrian, who was intoxicated, crossed the street and was struck by a vehicle. The pedestrian was taken to hospital for observation, but suffered no significant injuries. The driver, who was also allegedly impaired, was charged with impaired driving causing bodily harm and exceeding 0.08.
