Saskatoon MLA Will Not Seek Re-Election

Cathy Sproule will not be seeking re-election as an MLA. The NDP member represents Saskatoon Nutana. She was first elected to that post in 2011 and was re-elected in 2016. Sproule has served as the opposition critic in several areas including Finance, Environment, Justice, Agriculture, and the Global Transportation Hub. Sproule says that she has thoroughly enjoyed her time as an MLA and is looking forward to pursuing other opportunities.
