One newcomer and three incumbents have been elected to the SaskCanola Board of Directors.
Katelyn Duncan from the Regina area will be a first-time director and received the largest number of votes. She will also be the youngest member on the SaskCanola Board.
Lane Stockbrugger from Engelfeld, Bernie McClean of Glaslyn and Charlene Bradley from Stranraer were all re-elected.
A total of 1,159 ballots were cast in the election—1,132 on-line and 27 by paper ballot. SaskCanola reports a 35 percent increase in voter participation compared to the 2016 director election.

Directors will serve four year terms. The other four members on the SaskCanola Board are Keith Fournier of Lone Rock, Gerry Hertz of Edenwold, Wayne Truman of Redvers and Doyle Wiebe of Langham. The next SaskCanola election will be in the fall of 2020.
