Court was adjourned for a decision to be heard today (Thurs) in the case of a man charged with arson. A body was found in a home where emergency crews had responded to a fire at a home in the 200 block of Avenue F North in the early morning hours of July 6th. Saskatoon Police later identified the woman who died as 37 year old Crystal Louis McFadyen, who was 8 months pregnant and had been reported missing a day earlier after not having been seen for 2 days. A 39 year old man, Jonathan Rosenthal, who is known to McFadyen, has been charged with arson and police are continuing their homicide investigation.
