Sunday around 1 a.m. Southey RCMP responded to a complaint of an armed robbery at a business in Southey.
The investigation has determined that a man and woman entered the business and it appeared the man had a firearm, which he pointed at an employee and demanded cash.
An amount of money was take and the two fled on foot in an unknown direction.
No injuries occurred as a result of the incident.
Shortly after at 1:30, Traffic Services conducted a traffic stop on Highway 6. Three individuals were in a vehicle and two of them matched the description of those involved in the robbery.
Multiple firearms, other weapons and drug paraphernalia were seized and all three were taken into custody.
The investigation is continuing.
