Injured Man Turns into Homicide Investigation

Saskatoon Police say the discovery of an injured man last Friday in an alley is now a homicide investigation.

Ken Peter Balan was rushed by ambulance to hospital after being found at about 5:30 in the afternoon, but died from his injuries and an autopsy confirms his death wasn’t accidental.

Police want anyone with information on how the 27-year-old Saskatoon man ended up in the alley in the 14-hundred block of 20th Street West, to contact investigators.
