Sidhu Granted Bail

Twenty nine year old Jaskirat Sidhu was released on 1-thousand-dollar bail, with conditions. Those include surrendering his passport and not driving.

Sidhu is charged with 16 counts of dangerous driving causing death and 13 counts of dangerous driving causing bodily injury in connection to the Humboldt team bus crash on September 6th. He appeared in Melfort court this morning and he is back court August 21st.

The accident happened at the intersection of Highways 335 and 35 north of Tisdale.
